ELEVATE Prevention / Diversion & Family Communication Facilitators are much more than individual’s delivering a program! Facilitators share a common vision & passion to partner with & empower youth and families to THRIVE! Facilitators are the backbone of the program. They bring the program to life through building relationships, motivating, mentoring, honoring and equipping youth & families with tools & solutions.
Training Sessions are customizable and cost-effective. We will work with you to design a facilitator training session that fits your needs. The average Facilitator session is generally 20 hours and completed over 3 days.
IN-PERSON– VIRTUAL & ON-SITE Facilitator Training Sessions are available & can accommodate groups of 5 to 15 participants. (other participant needs can be discussed during the training consultation)
The average cost is $1,500.00 per facilitator. Instructor Guide, Student Manual and all materials are provided for the training session.
For ON-SITE training sessions travel expenses for the trainer(s) will be additional.
Upon successful completion, facilitators are given access to the ELEVATE Training Portal where they have access to all the training materials needed to immediately begin facilitating the program.
Continued support: Facilitators have access to community connection platforms for support, encouragement and to share ideas & success stories after the training is completed.
